Nikhil Persaud wins the 10th anniversary World Heads Up Poker Championship and the £30,000 first prize.  Monday evening he defeated  Leon Louis in the finals, Toby Lewis in the semi-finals and Victoria Coren in the quarter-finals.

 

The event attracted 28 players to the  £2000+£200 buy-in event at the Victoria Casino in London.

Prize money:

1st £30,000
2nd £15,000
3rd and 4th £5,500

Blind Structure

Players start each match with 20,000

Level 1. 100 - 200
Level 2. 150 - 300
Level 3. 200 - 400
Level 4. 300 - 600
Level 5. 400 - 800
Level 6. 500 - 1000

Each level lasts 30 minutes, blinds freeze at level 6
