In what has to be considered a surprise move after weeks of speculation, Isildur1 has signed to join PokerStars.  Conjecture had indicated that he would join an upcoming Euro focused site, or possibly Full Tilt where most of his visible play has occurred, but apparently PokerStars made him the best offer.

There had been news recently of Viktor Blom, who is presumed to be Isildur1 had moved from Sweden. According to Ratsit.com, Blom has been removed from the official Swedish residents list and was trying to sell his million dollar penthouse in Goteborg. There had been talk that Blom was moving to London to be closer to the poker action, his new sponsors, and in the UK where he would receive favorable tax treatment.

Blom's play on FullTilt Poker between September 2009 and October 2010 resulted in a loss of $2,630,230. He's a good player though, but overly aggressive.
