With only 112 players remaining from the original 758 players, American high stakes player Bryn Kenney leads the EPT Barcelona with 693,500. Action was constant, fast and furious on the combined Day 2 at the Casino De Barcelona as the remaining players fought to reach the money bubble of the last 112 players.

Beginning of Day 2 chip leader Luis Rufas is still amongst the chip leaders sitting in 6th with 502,000.  Other notables in the money include bracelet winner Pascal Lefrancous in 7th with 485,500, Leo Margets, Bryan Pelligrino, Surinder Sunar, Carlos Mortensen, and a short stacked Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier.

The list of notables who fell by the wayside was long and distinguished; including Andre Akkari, Jude Ainsworth, Max Lykov, Liv Boeree, Marcel Luske and Johnny Lodden.

The remaining 112 players will now compete on Day 3 for their piece of the €3,790,000 prize pool, all aiming for the first place prize of €825,000. Play resumes at noon Thursday.
