When you think of poker TV, it is nearly impossible to do so without thinking of the World Poker Tour and the World Series of Poker. Celebrity Poker Showdown might also pop up, as might the new Professional Poker Tour - but what about the show that currently ranks Number Three behind the WPT and the WSOP? The Ultimate Poker Challenge, which is kicking off its third season at Binions this Saturday, has over one hundred and fifty shows planned over the next year, ending with a $10,000 buy in, No Limit Texas Holdem tournament. The bulk of the shows are for the new, amateur players, and spokesman Jeff Todd wants to get over a thousand new players on TV.
