It seems like they have problems with tracking the raked hands and also problems with the Payroll Challenge.
I received a new answer from Scott and it shows that there are big problems with joining a new team. The answer from him:
"Sorry about that. At this time there is no back up. You must wait until the current period is done and paid and then leave and create a new team."

ive done 2000 raked hands today and only 1050 has shown up on my personal hands raked dont know what the problem is?????????

It should be at least 250. Contribution to the team is when you have earned at least 1 Fantasy point for the team in my opinion...

OMG OMG OMG : Answer from PI

A player needs a minimum of 50 raked hands to be considered an active member. As 50 raked hands means they contributed one card to the team.

i do belive he ment that they couldnt have people leaving teams and then make a new team they should make sure that they had a team that was allready made that they could rejoin..

I recieved an answer from Scott. I was asking to the problem with the prizemoney if we make a new team. And asked if they could make a backup for the Prize Manager. And then I mentioned the problem with our inactive player who have not made a single fantasy hand.
His answer was very weird as you can see here:

It is up to players to define rules for being a member of the team. Unfortunately, we cannot have players leave a team and rejoin at this time so should you leave please ensure you have another team to join. If you'd all prefer to say make the owner aware of the fact you will all leave if they do not increase their level of raked hands to an appropriate level.

His comment about leaving the team make no sence regarding to my question. And as you can see it seems like our "player" with absolutely NO selfrespect will receive a share of the money too.
Now I have replied to Scotts answer and are waiting for a new email

hey come one guys wee need lots lots of play here on the last day we are only 130 points after nr. 2 and after nr. 1 we can do it flush or house and we can get first... i will get playing alot in 11 hours for the rest of the day think i can kick 2000 raked hands in it tonight....

I have emailed both Scott and Jason and are now waiting for an answer.
Regarding the tournament I was a little unlucky headsup.
I started with around 65% of the chips but I was totally carddead during the session. You cant say that about my opponent because he received a lot of AK and Axs. So even the headsup took quite a while because I was able to steal more blinds than him and have some success with reraising, it ended with him as a winner.

I got 2 play 3 hands b4 my internet connection was lost and wen i got back 2 the table i had 40 chips left and it was my big blind. LOL. I'm well pissed off. I beat u tho. LOL. I was 15th and u finished 19th :-)

Later tonight I will write an email to Scott and/or Jason because both of them are a kind of my personal VIPsupporters.
It cant be right that you must wait for your prize before you can join a new team. Then we will never be able to do that because it seem like the prize are posted at the end of the next period and that mean we will aleays loose our prize if we change.
I am sure they can fix the problem and make a backup at the end of every period so the Prize Manager can use that. I will write their answers
