Terms and Conditions
Deposit Bonuses
- Maximum of one deposit bonus per deposit made
- Maximum first time bonus is $500
- Maximum redeposit bonus is $100 unless otherwise stated.
- Minimum deposit is $50 unless otherwise stated.
- The Bonus Amount will automatically be added to your Pending Bonus Credit account where it will be held and automatically released upon meeting the following requirements.
- Unless otherwise stated, all our promotions run according to Eastern Standard Time (USA).
- You are entitled to receive one reload bonus per promotional period, unless otherwise stated
1. 1 point will be awarded for each raked game (minimum rake of $0.50) you play.
2. 1 point will be awarded for each $1 of tournament buy-in fee.

- Players will not start receiving AR Points or Pending Bonus Credits until a first time deposit has been made to the player account.
Other Bonuses and Awards
Any bonus money awarded to a player account, not tied to a deposit, will also be held in the Pending Bonus Credit account and released based on the following criteria:

- At 30 points we will transfer $5 from your Pending Bonus Credit account to your cash account.
The award type includes, yet not limited to the following promotions: Refer-A-Friend, 10 million chip bonus, weekly (The Absolute Nuts) newsletter promotions & AR newsletter promotions.
Other Bonuses and Awards - Pre Deposit
Bonus money is money awarded via FreeRoll tournaments and or special registration offers. This money is not restricted for play. To cash out as the player must have met the following requirements.
- Established a real money account with a minimum deposit through any of our deposit options.
- All money held in a player account prior to meeting the above is restricted from cash out for 48 hours from date of deposit.
Minimum Play/Wager Requirements
- Please note that Players must earn 30 points to be awarded $5 from their pending account into their cash account.
- Money in your Pending account will expire 60 days from the time it is awarded unless it has been transferred into your Real Money account by meeting the hands played requirements.
Promotion Abuse
- Non compliance with these terms and conditions shall be deemed to be "Promotion Abuse" and as such shall give Absolute Poker Management the right at its sole discretion to take the following actions against such abusers; all winnings on any account/s opened will be null and void and call cash-outs will be cancelled where play has been deemed either abusive or as alleged collaborative efforts of players transferring funds during play. Abusing Player accounts may be terminated with immediate effect. Players found to be abusing promotions may be barred from receiving further promotional offers at the poker room.
- Please note that if you make a withdrawal during, or 12 hours prior to a promotional period, you will not receive a bonus for re-deposited funds during that promotional period.
- You may only claim one bonus per deposit or any other activity.
- Please note that players wishing to refer a friend from the same computer (IP address) will not automatically be approved. Players wishing to refer a friend who do share the same computer (IP address) will each be required to submit proof of identity document with a picture (referrer and referee).
