Player Freeroll Canceled This Week

Hey guys,

This is an announcement to inform everyone that tonight Player Freeroll is canceled this week while we convert it from a password freeroll to a token freeroll.

 Its a way to ensure that sitouts are going to be reduced.

So does that mean PI keeps the money for their pockets or will the next one be worth $1400?  We have earned the right to these tourney with our nibs. If the monies are not returned to the NIB earners will it be added to the team play? Some input would be greatly appreciated.

So I guess VIP STATUS won't count anymore. As with the $350 Freerolls that were cancelled and coverted to leaderboard freerolls (Invitation Only!). Doing this may get rid of sitouts but will also reduced alot of players who regularly play and look forward to these tournaments. In my opinion just leave it alone and putup with the sitouts (sitouts are gone in the first hour anyway) OR Better Yet, make registration start 1 Hour before tourney starts. Given only 1 hour to register would sure reduce sitouts and make the tourney more enjoyable.

btw: id love to see the freeroll a few hours earlier, about 3 pm EST would be great, or at 6 pm EST, im from europe and its 3 am here, when it starts ...

That's too bad! but i hope we can play it next week again.

1 question though... Why is the prizepool amount reduced from $1000 to $700??  This solution will rule out most of the sitouts  and that's good, but the amount of prize, mone that much reduced is less fun. 

The cash it taken to the fantasy poker challenge..

Ok, now who will qualify for QUOAT UNQUOAT "the freeroll" ??  I can see changing the registration if the freerolls were filled each week and there are alot of ghost, but... they aren't full... and how many ghosts win money... NONE.  So why do people complain so much about the ghost.  Personally, I like the ghosts.  Ghosts give you more chances to increase your chip count.
