is online poker rigged

im wondering after 4 yrs online and seeing so many bad beats.runner runners constantly.especially on str8s

any comments.thats just a thought

Sometimes it makes me wonder.... on the other way.... when im the lucky one things just seem like ..."i had outs...." lol

Its poker.... sometimes for the fish other to the fisherman.... but one thing im almost sure...

 I play live games and hardly see half the great hands i see on onliine poker.... like 3 or 4 pocket pairs and so on...

its happens to on live poker but not as much...

I don't think it is rigged. Just ask yourslef. Why would any pokersite rig there software? They can make enough money on the rakes without rigging it. and as for tournys, It doesn't matter to the site who wins. eveyone has paid the rake and they don't gain anything no matter who wins. That is unless it's a bounty tourny.

without getting into too much detail.Im sure i`ll get some responses.Yes online poker is rigged ever so slightly for the house.this was the first time i heard it from a former programmer online.I realize many of you will say no its not because why would they risk it .well folks from the words of the guy who programmed the software at a few MAJOR online poker sites yes its rigged.The sites have it set up against the large stacks at the tables mostly.or the real short stacks as well to eliminate the players quicker.Now i cant tell you his name or the sites because obviously he will get sued but this fella went into great detail and had mathematics ,randomiser %`s technical terms and other interesting things that ive seen so many times in the last 4 yrs.Lets just say that its gamblers like myself that never thought it was rigged until i seen this guys words and reasons.Believe me dont spend too much the bad beats are far more worse than you will ever see at a live table.

i doubt it is, but i wouldnt be extremely surprised if it is rigged slightly. the reason why you see so many better hands online is cause you play online more often, and probably tighter online. thats my theory. i find it alot harder to play tight in a live game.

Online poker is not rigged however sometimes it seems rigged. This is because the cards ar epicked by a RNG (Random Number Generator) which is just like throwing a dice. So for example you have A H K H flop 3 H 5H 7C Turn 9D now the for the river you have a dice that can roll 1-4 1=D 2=S 3=H 4=C it wouldnt be 4/1 chance though because 2 3's have come out in 4 rolls. But then agian if u sit there "rolling Dice all day" one time in the day your going to roll 20 of the same numbers this is how we get bad beats and people hitting str8s on rivers. after all poker is luck and  "poker profit" his SKILL! Some of the greatest players in the world have bad beats for days to, All this means is you need to get the percentage edge over unluckyness. Then badbeats wont bother you. You can not win every hand you play as that would just be impossible.

I really don't think online poker is rigged. You play a lot more hands than live so you will encounter more bad beats online, but that's about it.

yes you do have to wonder about the possibility of hands being predetermined before they are dealt. this is one reason i dont play much online poker anymore. i got tired of the suckouts. i used to play for hours everyday, to where now i only olay a few hours over the weekend. i play most of my poker down at the casino now with much better results.

i was in a game at stars this week.

i hold KK, and raise 2 times blind, 5 guys called and one reraised to 720, me and another one calls.

flop 57K, first guy check, i bet 1200, get reraised all in 3000, i took my 4000 chips in the pot, so it was showdown after flop.

me KKK57, other AAK57 and third caller J 10 5 7

looks good til then??? ok lets see whats happened

turn was 8

River was 9

surprised????????? i find this not normal because the 10 J caller have around 1000 chips left more than me

so, i was eliminated against a very stupid lucky call, what u guys think about that??????

Hmm, yea ive been on merge for 3 years now, rigged ? dunno but something is strange when u withadrwl, suddenly u start losing with great hands, bad beats after bad beats.. same thing happens every time i withadrawl..dunno, live support asked me to look at history and see what im doin wrong with my play.. hahahahah i only laughed and left ...

I only win when I have deposited. I win more if I deposit more.. that is my feeling. After awhile.. I would like to say after I have won X % I am going down again. I don't play any different hands... but as soon as I put in some money I start to win again. It takes about 30 sec up to 2 min for me to get winning hands. Yes! I would like to say that is something.

But I am not sure if it is that way at all the rooms, because so far I am very happy with BetMost. lol
