I see that you are currently running a 300% deposit bonus for new players who download from the PI network for cdpoker. My question is what has to happen in order to get the 300%? Is there a minimum number of hands that have to be played before you get the bonus? A certain number of points? All the people I am referring want to know the answers to these questions, and I don't know them.

Also, if I refer a RMP that deposits 100.00, what do I need to do to get my 30.00? Same questions as above.

That money should just appear in your account balance on this site.

Still no cash as the site promised and I am being told that it is CD Pokers fault as they are not paying the bonuses - not happy Jan

Yes speaking of bonuses i recieved 50% not 300%.I am not getting anything that they offered.Also havent gotten any reload bonuses.How do u argue it i find that they r rude most of the time on chat.They never give straight answers.I asked the other day if they could update my account.The response was lol wish i could.Who do u speak to to get things accomplished? gl at the tables all and hope u have beyyer luck here than i do

none of my bonuses have ever appeared into my account, emails a waste of space, told me the times they have been paid but they can't comprehend the fact that they disappear from the bonus screen but don't ever go into my account and ignored my last email so more or less given up.

LOL i have had no 300% bonus appear on this site that i noticed but my only 2 rakeback amounts $38 and $32 were paid effectively st away ..

In the end I got my rakeback changed from 30% to 40% and no one would answer my question about the 300% deposit bonus - very poor

I was dealing with one of the staff who forwarded my email to another satff more senior I think and his email was still attached with comments on it saying I don't know what else to tell him (being me)

I didn't think I was asking for the cure for Cancer just if and when the promissed bonus would be paid. The long and the short of it is I still did not get an answer just tild a dozen times that a new promotion was coming up.

Pretty sure I will ftry and collect some rackback and play somewhere else not good enough

Our programmer is diligently working on the deposit bonus issue. Currently, the deposit bonus is built into your rakeback. However, we do not have a system to allow you to differentiate between the two. We apologize for the inconvenience and we are working to resolve the issue immediately.

there u go.. just another bug that they are trying to work out.. the are not trying to rip ne one off.

Support, is this fixed yet? I will utilise this once it is fixed.

Is there any requirements i.e. raked hands etc. to get this bonus?

im curiouse..do only NEW users tha make their first deposit ge tthe 300%.. if so thats lame
