Dropped about $0.15 this week and is at about $3.60 a gal. Michigan is still the third highest state for gas prices.
They say if you can't spot the sucker within 30 minutes, you're it. I saw 9 of them the second I sat down.

Mmm, $2 a gallon is cheap you americians have got it easy. In australia we pay $1.35 a litre, 1 gal. = 5 litres so we pay $6.75 per gallon!
Lucky spoiled Americans! our petrol hasn't been that cheap for over 20 yrs!

Lets see here, I remember when gas was sold by the gallon in Canada and there were actually "Full Serve" station where emplyees wore uniforms, washed your windows and checked your oil!! Price was about .90 a galon, cigs were .75 a small pack, and you could get a case of beer for under $10... so for $25 you could have a wild weekend!!!! God I miss that!!!

It seems that the governments are not willing to have the oil companies lower the gas prices and it seems no matter where you go nowadays, everyone seems to be in shock that the price is going that high and evev higher. And people send out e-mails saying don't buy petroleum from top production companies. To force them to lower gas prices. I'm sorry but all that will do is lose people their jobs. So what ideas does anyone have to get the gas prices lower, besides walking or biking, etc.

Back up to $2.19 today.
It will go down again. It's almost election time!
in the future maybe we will use eco fuel.....or electric :P

in the uk were i live a gallon of petrol in u.s dollers is about $10 (around £1.15/£1.20 per liter) Thats a lot to fill up each week. Thay say at least 80% of the cost of our fuel is tax so compaired to $2 per gal thats probably right.

in our country gas is much more expensive than that.although we have big reserves of petrol. and people in their stupidity tend to accept any price even if it comes hard for them to pay. :(

The news media reports that the cost will rise because of higher cost of production and that the reserve is down, hences the higher cost.
