I hold several ones a year and have a real blast doing so. I invite 20 people or so and have 2 full tables of players. We usually have a $60 buy in with a one time $20 re buy. 10% of the prize money goes towards a charity of our choosing which makes it alot of fun. I also spend alot of time cooking and we have alot of fun eating, socializing, trash talking and playing a great game.

I may have more to report soon as I"ll know whether a famous pro will come by this next time. I'll keep you posted!

for approx one year i have been to the final table for about 3 time

once i finish the co-winner ( we split first and second place made a DEAL)

lots of players fishing for str8 or flush at the river.. not the same live...lots of bluffing

Hey I think I will have poker tourney on oct 28th. I am hoping 20-30 maybe 40 depend on space. The Tourny will be in North Carolina.

buy in would be around 75 to 100 dollar. The blind structue will be like WSOP. It will be long game. I am not sure how long blind increase by 30 min to 1 hr.. depend... on people agreement.
