does playing sngs count as raked hands?

When i click on the link to fill out staking forum it takes be right back to  the poker forums

If PI uses the same scale as they use in the Team Competition, you get 25rh's per sng & mtt's, if you play minium 40 sng's weekly & can show that you are a consistant player & do this regularly. Then fill out the form & put together a resume & submit it to PI so they can check you out.

I just wanted to hear from someone who has been approved for staking as I am extremely interested in this if it is a viable option, I could perhaps get staked for HUNL100. Cheers.
