If ur opponent is checking and showing that he is weak then u should throw some bets in to take the pot. But if he is raising and is showing that he is strong then u are better off folding unless u figure he is bluffing.

in heads up i find that the rake kills you. Usually u play break even with a few minor swings untill either u or ur opponent make a big mistake. u can sit down and the table has a total of $50 or $100 and when u leave $10 has been chopped away.

I have to admit I love to play heads up, especially sit n goes. When the blinds are low u can have a look at ur opponent, try a bluff. If hes an aggressive player play the good hands and try to trap him, if hes a reasonable and conservative player try to push him also on semi hands - u will see, it works!

I wouldnt ever play a heads up cash game unless I knew the person due to the fact that there are lots of programs out there that let you see your opponents cards. As for tournament I have a very good track record heads up. Its the three handed game that always gets me.
They say if you can't spot the sucker within 30 minutes, you're it. I saw 9 of them the second I sat down. -Vaughn
