227469 is a fairly loose player. A calling station. Raising the turn with a straight draw on the turn is a possible move.With a mediocre flush draw on the turn he only called.

Betting and calling raises on the turn with A high hands isn't the hallmark of expert play either. I would probably call down such a player with A high too. And loose money in the long run.

I would like to know from which country that player was from. Probably I could say AHA  - expected.

Otherwise I have to agree with Pekachu. The 2nd hand was SB, if SB or BB is in the picture you need to expect anything. Many of the SB and BB players don't respect raises. They also say: it's BB or SB .... must call. Many players think it is a good excuse to play the hand, even with very very big raises. If they want to play BB or SB I would make it very expensive if I was ahead. They need to pay if they want to chase and IF they hit river or turn, well congrats. Then they payed for the winning and can as well have the pot, ok it hurst for the sec. Next time you know what they are able too... and you can crush them. Just be aware about them hitting something which can kill your hand.

I've played on the ipoker network for like 2 years now,it's just poker with more fishes.

If you have some sort of bad luck then it's not the sites fault,everybody gets unlucky sometimes.

And believe me,stars is worse :)

Stars has improved dramaticly last few years, and its most certainly not rigged in any way. I agree it was a bit questionable before, but unless ur living in 2003 you've got to be incredibly unlucky to think it's rigged:P

I hardly suffer bad beats there anymore myself, the Ipokernetwork with betmost and vc however is another story;P

Well stars isn't the worst site,but it is 100% rigged.

The only two things you can get in a cashgame is either the hot seat or a seat where you hit nothing.

Can these sites be closed down for rigging???????

Goldenarm, unfortunately these poker sites cannot be closed down as the servers usually reside in Quebec, Canada on native Indian reserves where the government will not take any chance in regulating them and raising the ire of the native chiefs.

These poker sites claim to have 3rd party regulator in Price Waterhouse Coopers, or other accounting firms that are supposedly auditing them.  I have tried contacting these firms to discuss certain irregularities that I have found and I have never received a response.

If you think that the software isn't rigged, just go look at my blackjack screenshot in the betmost forum.  It's generating a great deal of interest.

I still play because I enjoy losing my money.  Kind of like an entertainment expense but I don't ;hesitate to call these poker sites up when I find something out of whack.

Firstly, IPoker is a publicly traded therefore, you can check all there info. Secondly, poker rooms are constantly checked for being rigged/people cheating...and if that is the case actions are taken. Such as the case with Absolute Poker and their ex-employee who hacked the system to see all the face cards. And as you know the sites got fined a great deal of money and had to reimburse all the players affected out of their pocket.

Therefore, to say online poker is rigged is ludacris....and in instances that people do break rules its handled accordingly. Just like what would take place in a casino if someone was caught cheating.

P.S- by taking a few bad beats...or playing bad and losing money doesn't mean a poker room is rigged. Just ask those PI members that make a living from poker. They've all had cold streaks like the rest of us poker players. It's part of poker.

lets get something right the only thing the want from us is the money and evertime somebody write something bad about betmost you go in defence and explain it with bad beats. perhaps it not rigged but something wrong is their and just saying its a bad beat evertime is not the best way to expain it. now you always saying your not a part off betmost but still its the players mistake evertime.why not try to be neutral and be ready to hear what your members says. i play also live poker and i dont see anything like this. how certain are you at betmost software when your not a part off them and how can be this.

I've played semi-professionally online for the past 3-4 years.

You can't compare online to live. for the following reasons.

1) Online you're playing 3 to 4 times as man hands per hour. If you're playing multi-table that number goes up and up.

2) Online has microstakes which brings a lot of players that aren't familiar with Poker who gamble...or people who see $5 as nothing and will go to $0.10/$0.20 or something and play dumb cause its $5. Whereas most live games at casinos are min blinds $1/$2.

3) THe number of players who play online is far higher then those that play in casino's....because people don't need to be seen...some people are new and scared of looking bad playing live, etc..

The reasons can go on and on. I've played live and see some terrible bad beats...it happens...that's poker.

i understand what you say but when i look at my stats i can see something is very wrong and what about all the other things i asked about. i still think you are to close to betmost. just say thats poker is to easy and not a good way to reply. where do you get the money you give out from it must be from the pokersites. the more hands i play the more right shut the stats be and its not. this is just simple mat. i really dont know if i thrust in this anymore and perhaps its not worth the time anymore.

i just played a turnement and we was 21 players back and 4 players in a hand its flops as,nine,five i got top pair and one player raise and i reraise allin he calls with 22 and it shows 3,4 its so bad call and how can he possible know he must call. if you play so bad you have nothing to do in top 20 so i dont think its just luck. 22 agains 3 overcards with a as is so bad a call and now he is in top 20 in your players freeroll. this happens time after time. i dont know how to explain it but perhaps you do. sometimes its like some platers know what is going to happen.

this is my Crazy story...

I play a rebuy tournament and i get KK blinds are 30/60 a player raises to 240 another calls i reraise to 900 another calls the 900 then a new players goes all in 3240 a players that had 1490 calls the player that raised to 240 fold then the player that called the 240 calls the all in and offcourse im also in it...

The 5 players now all in has this : 78 suited diamonds - QQ - 84 off - AJ and then my KK flop is 10QK vup vup 2 sets and a straight and i think FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK but then Hits turn witch is K and bam i win a 16000 pot...

I would'nt say BetMost is rigged but 1 thing makes me suspicious. Normally if you get KK a hand like AK,ace rag don't usually stand much chance, the same with holding QQ. But when i get KK, there almost always comes an Ace on the board en loose the hand. Same with other big pairs. I asked many many players if an Ace comes up on the board more then any other card or if it was just me, and guess what.... ALL PLAYERS said; "IT IS NOT YOU"!!!!! So maybe they could check their RNG, as this is very frustrating and takes away some of the fun in playing!!
