I am very dissatisfied with BetMost poker and PokerInside. I see on BetMost poker and PokerInside as a fraud. I was offered a prize for Shark level at BetMost poker. Prize? The prize was paid from my Payback. I was angry, I got the prize that I paid for it. At least someone should tell me that I will pay for the prize. The last stroke in faith in BetMost and Pokerinside was offer from BetMost. "We want to offer you something VERY special for playing at BetMost Poker! For a limited time, we are offering a Rio Jackpot Sit N Go token worth $23.50, when you make a new deposit and accumulate 2,000 BM Points. This bonus token is in addition to all other rewards you receive at BetMost Poker" Looool, this was the biggest fraud. They say, "This bonus token is in addition to all other rewards you receive at BetMost Poker". But it is not in addition to what I got from PokerInside. I paid for this promotion from payback too. So, BetMost and PokerInside are with rating FRAUD for me. Did you email PI support? Try that, they should refund you. I believe it's a glitch in the reward system that has been never fixed & if PI would add this to the message they email you, then we wouldn't find every few months someone else complaining about it in the forum...

Dear Sirs, I am Pokerinside member for years. I was satisfied with PokerInside very much, until recently. Last month I get Shark Vip Level, and was offered Maui Jackpot token. What a prize!? My weekly payback was decreased for the amount of the token. Is this a prize?
Last month I was offered from Betmost poker suppot following offer:"We want to offer you something VERY special for playing at BetMost Poker! I got the Rio Jackpot Sit N Go token, but my payback was decreased for the same amount. Again a prize that I couldn't resist. And it was said that it is in addition to all other rewards. Pls answer is this is a fraud or an error in your system?

Together with a friend off mine Im playing lots off tournaments at Betmost...now for more than 6 months no prices.....:-(...played tight, loose, aggressive etc etc.......:-(

I got the following reply "Its the way the system is set-up and those shouldn't be deducted. Let me know the payment period the rio and maui tokens were deducted and I'll fix it for you." .
