VIP Issue is now fixed. If your level still shows as "Donkey", simply make another post in the forums or wait for our stats feed to update and your level should be correct.

I'm wondering a bit about this update. On the old look you still got money to the top 30 in the Fantasy Poker Challenge for this period. Now with the new look, only Top 20 get prizes, and out of that only the top 3 teams gets cash, the rest gets FR tickets. It's getting harder and harder to take PI serious, and I'll probably look elsewere for some fun. A shame as it all started out so good. But this changing all the time is annoying. Don't say something and then change it in the middle of a contest. And the player freeroll is still played in the middle of the night, even though I got an E-mail from a PI staff member who said times would change from week to week. Sometimes I don't think the PI staff knows what going on at all. Well, that's my 2 cents so far. I'm feeling a bit annoyed :( Sorry for the confusion ... a few things: ONE The Team prizes will be fixed. They did not change from this month. Sorry about that.
TWO We need to know when the best time for the Player freeroll is. All suggestions are welcome. We will make a new forum post for it and you can let us know.

THREE The PI staff does know what's going on 1) Great. I just thought it was a bit strange to change prize structure in the middle of a tourney. 2) I look forward to that post. 3) I know ;)

I have sent a mail to support about weekly poker payback.. in My PokerInside Overview it is saying that I need a verified BetMost account.. which I have already... Oh my, if feels like I am searching for problems..
There is no hurry, because my weekly poker payback is working.

Great advance in the page Jason, really a huge improvement. It seems like there is some bugs yet but as a designer I'm really happy with the new presentation. Besides the charts are made for the non experts. Congrats

Is the updating of the Fantasy Team Challenge broken after the update? It seems to take a lot longer to update than usual?

Vip thing works now great. I'm sure they will fix update thing too soon.

Vip thing works now great. I'm sure they will fix update thing too soon. When I go deep into the VIP progress I have the right amount of nibs but not on the first page when choosing 'My PokerInside/Vip Progress'. When I press 'View My Accounts' under Poker Nibs it gives me the right number of Nibs under BetMost. It seems they are not counted on the Weekly Poker Payback page either.

i have problem with nibs. in my account statistic i have 17 nibs but in payback 9 and i have 830 nibs but need to be 837 nibs!

It seems like the weekly payback is not working for me either after all. It is saying in "My PokerInside Overview" that I need a verified poker room and that I can apply for a custom plan. I guess it stopped working after the update and it added me as a new user.I have correct nibs... but no action on the weekly payback.
I am sure PI crush that bug too soon. Well, they deserve at least 1 day off.

It can be good to take everything at once I have a question or two:I took a screen shot of My Pokerinside. Can I get rid of that Weekly Poker Payback, because I think I have it already... anyway I get some money for my playing - isn't that the same? I have already BetMost downloaded... do I need to re-download it? And I have an account!I have also put a questionmark under the limes... If you click on those links you end up at same page? I guess it is not ready yet, but I thought I would bring it up for attention.One other thing, my presentation, I would like to have line breaks <br /> (I like structure), Is that possible? *looking cute*
