Player Freeroll Canceled This Week

Each week based on the poker payroll challenge...tokens will be given out to all the players that appears on the Poker Payroll Challlenge. As this means they were active during the week and thus, will be issued a PokerInside Player Freeroll token :) The tokens will begin being issued tomorrow/Monday...and then each week from then on.

In regards to the prize pool going down....funds were allocated to the team freeroll...as we had a poll and a majority of players wanted cash moved from the freerolls the the team concept to spread the funds and give more members a chance of winning cash :)

Thanks for your patience and understanding....and this should help lower the number of players in the freeroll, reduce the number of sitouts and also reward those players that are active on PokerInside :) Which is how the reward system really should work

The gambler free which is now $350 will remain a password freerolll and open to basically all members with a VIP Status of gambler or higher. This way if people need help trying to buil their bankroll and were unable to obtain 1 poker nib during the week they can still play in a private freeroll.

This post and the starting post are posts which I think would have been excellent placed in a new topic.

In another post I wrote about a suggestion to a new topic called something like "News from the PI Staff", "Flashing news" or something like that. A topic where the PI Staff can write about changing in the rules and/or prize money for challenges, delayes in payouts and all other kinds of news. The topic should be placed right in the top of the forum and only the PI Staff should write with no possibility for replies. With such kind of topic the players can easily see every day if there are some importent news. And especially the post above with a good explanation could have replaced this topic with all the replies and questions.

This should get rid of a lot of sit-outs

I thought in order to qualify for the Poker Inside player freeroll you needed to have a player status or above? What if I spend my week to study or work out of town I no longer can  play even though I have over 2000 nibs and make posts which show I am here and alive. I have earned NIBS this week and proof of that is the fact that my VIP status has increase but if I dont earn 1 gambling nib I can not play? I think you should revisit this

will it only be for players with player status or higher or will it have a certain amount of nibs each week or anyone who makes it on the board like leader board 3

Im sure i will qualify regardless but you should be more clear on who will get the tokens

I think you still need to be gambler or higher to be qualified in the vip progress for gambler freeroll and Player or higher for player freeroll. Why should that be changed? There is no reason for that.

Given that there are still a large number of sitouts to the smaller field, it can still be like playing bingo not poker.  Would be better if say we could collect 5 or 10 tokens and trade them for something like a bigger token similar to trading in points.

free rolls are only a crap shoot for at least the first hour any way and there are a lot of sitters so any thing to improve on that will be progress   gl

Wish i'd seen this prior to last Sunday now I may have to wait 2 weeks as I don't seem to have a token yet.

Stuff from PI is sometimes like going to church.... you need patience and faith.  I too am still waiting on all my tokens from last week, but I have faith that they will be theres .... sometime.

I still waiting too for this and leaderboard tokens but they are probably very busy doing the changes and making the invite list and sending out tokens but im sure they will get it done in time for the games
