I have been reading about alot of ppl folding if there was a few ppl in front of you already all in. Why? I dont get it. ur sitting there looking down at the number one hand in Poker pre flop and people are talking about folding because a few people are already all in. I would see this as a good oppertunity to call and make some money off the situation. usually when I get aces I am hoping for someone or a few people to raise to build up the pot. I guess it would all depend on how you feel at the time, instincts play a major part and sometimes u feel it and sometimes you dont.
ALL IN! Take Er EZ!, If she's EZ take er Twice..

[Well, it´s a tough one lol
I've seen AA being folded after the flop. I personally never folded AA, but I think that those who are able to let go of a hand like this are the ones who really are poker pros. The amount of times I loose with AA is huge, so when playing for a considerable amount of money I would think twice before risking everything.

I would never fold it. Some tournament situations might dictacte throwing it away for earnings equity but I play to win not to not lose so i would put all my chips in with it preflop every time.

if your on the bubble and there are maybe 1 or 2 people to go before the money then maybe i would fold to get in the money but apart from that i dont think so :)

8 players left I was second in chips with 250 000 T$ Chip leader was at 280 000 T$ Nobody had more than 65K beside me and CL Blinds were 2K/4K + antes
So I was virtualy sure to take 2nd place wich was 1500$ and 3000K for 1st position And 8th place was 75$
UTG go all in for 30K I call with AA CL reraise all in
I had to lay it down... if I call I lost 1:4 and take 75$ If fold I virtualy take 1500 woch is 20 times the price...
Belive it or not it was +EV to fold here!!!
KJ
I would have reraised in that situation. Probably would have gone all in.

If they go all-in you must go all-in with AA. Otherwise stop playing poker. Pros say you must go even KK all-in even if you think someone has AA!
I have pocket aces, what am I going to do??? :-)

99% of the time I would call. The specific situtation that KINGJACK mentioned on the first page is probably the only situation where I would fold but it would be a very hard thing to do. If your out if you call and going to get 10x the profit if you fold and bide your time then that is the right call. IMO it is not correct to call with AA in every situation but it takes some working out. Don't think I have ever folded AA though... situation needs to be very specific for a laydown pre-flop.
I don't care what you got... I'm ALL-IN!
