Last year nearly 900 hungry poker players - celebrities, amateur players and pros alike - descended on the sunny Mediterranean island of Malta to wage war over the green felt in the second annual Battle of Malta (BoM).
After four days of raising, re-raising, calling, flipping, partying and bluffing, the winning Betsafe player took home a cool 80,000 and the coveted title of 'Battle of Malta 2013 Champion'.
This year's event takes place between the 6th and the 9th of November 2014 at Portomaso Casino, Malta and features a mammoth 500,000 guaranteed Main Event where the first place prize is estimated to be in excess of 100,000!
