While many players are preparing for the WSOP by perfecting their tournament skills in PokerStars Spring Championship of Online Poker, Tom "durrrr" Dwan is instead playing in what must be a pretty lucrative cash game happening at the StarWorld Hotel's Poker King Club in Macau.
The Macau Big Game, as it is called, has been going on daily for the past week and Dwan has been there for much of that time. The games being spread have gotten as big as $3850/$7700, but blinds were at $1300/$2600 when Dwan scooped a massive $3.8 Million pot off of a Chinese businessman. The exact details of the hand are unknown, but what is known is that the players got all the money in on the A-T-2 flop with Dwan holding A-T and his opponent holding A-2.
Dwan is apparently not the only one doing well in the games as nosebleed cash game specialists Andrew Robl and Sam Trickett have both been spotted in the game and both have registered for the $1,000,000 buy-in Big One for One Drop that will take place this summer during the WSOP.
