We all know what it means,to go on tilt,but do we all know how to overcome it?It happens to everyone you take a horrific beat where some donkey calls your pre flop raise when u have pocket kings and they have an ace rag,and they snap you off on the river.It's terrible you wanna just smack that person,but you cant.Instead you push allin with any 2 cards they next hand(provided the previous hand the donkey didnt take you out).STOP! dont lose your composure,you just paid a buy in for that tourney so dont just give up,no matter how few chips you have left.You wouldnt just throw that $5 you paid for the buy in,into the wind so dont just throw it away at the table.Instead just stay calm put your head on,maybe take a quick walk and shake it off.It will show your truly a poker player and not a donkey just like him.
