Just a little confused with IPOKER

Wondering  if  any  or all players using the IPOKER  Network has the same feelings ??  

what I 'm trying to say is that if  I Enter a a $2 dollar Sat to gain entry to a say $50 sat and I DO WIN , WHY Am I not able to Cash the $50  Sat WIN and have it credited to my Account so as i can either have the choice of entering other Tournaments 

AT MY LIESURE  OR  TIME  THAT ACCOMIDATES MY SCHEDULE

SEEMS    I POKER       DOES NOT SEE IT THAT WAY    !!!!!!!!!               Hmmmmm ???

Ipoker still has recieved the money from all players in that sub sat but refuses to pay it back

LAST WORD, From IPOKER .  Not  Refundable    MY QUESTION IS WHY NOT ?????                I DID WIN   

Just let me have the money I won
