I think many players are like me, we like to play a little bit over our bankroll, especially at cashgame. Some call it to leave "the comfort zone", when you leave it to play higher you automaticly gets a little more carefull, you are not playing your normal game. I if you play to long you become a coward, because loosing your buyin will take a serious bite of your bankroll. Daniel Negreanu say that some player should play way out of there league, he did in the begining and he did fine .) . Chris "Jesus" Ferguson on the other hand says that bankroll managmet is the most important thing, thats why he once in a wail start from 0, playing freerolls to build up a bankroll and from there moves to 2$ SnG´s and so on. His goal is to reach 10 000$, and he have made it a couple of times. Thats impressive, im a little to unpatient for that, i rather take some shortcuts. :)

I read an article a couple of years ago that helped me to loose the chains  . Go down a couple of levels and do a minimum buyin so loosing dont hurt your bankroll at all. Everytime you think you are ahead, push allin, before the flopp, after it or anytime you think you got the best hand, push!!. This is great for letting go and start to play more aggressivly and with more confidence. Try it out, you might learn something usefull from it. Its  maybe not a winning tactic in the long run, but its great practice.
